I need to stop staying up late playing Lego Pirates of the Caribbean.
...or maybe I don’t.

My boys are using the corona break to play through all of the Lego Batman games to 100%.

I’m working on going back through to collect minikits and True Pirate mission ratings, now. Finished the story missions on... Monday, I think.

They’re playing Batman 3 right now, but they’re also using a book as a walkthrough. Apparently, they’re goal is to finish every Lego game we have. And we have a bunch.

There’s a certain stress relief in the atavistic violence of smashing things down to their constituent studs. Not that the other qualities of the game are lacking, just, “smash, smash, smash” (tinkling stud sound)

That stud sound is so satisfying, especially the blue studs. That bonus level on one of the Star Wars games where you just run around collecting millions of studs is awesome.

There was a phase some years ago where my wife and I played almost all the Lego games (And by played I mean she played while I yelled instructions)
Lego Harry Potter, Star Wars, Jurassic Park, Marvel all of it

I’ve played all the Lego SW games to exhaustion, and Harry Potter. Hadn’t gotten around to Pirates until recently.
